I definitely agree that cheaters are annoying, but I'm confused by the bit where you say mods are 'late'? That implies there is some set time to begin with.
Mods are volunteers who are not required to be staring at reports 24/7, and I think the amount they do as just volunteers is really admirable. So, it feels quite harsh to use the word 'late' here, if you ask me.

I saw 4 hackers again today in battle arena, two of them got banned. I guess the other two will get away as if nothing happened.
