I'd also consider Endpoint, Kohi, and Eastpearl because they're based off of East Asia and Southeast Asia so I guess I'd be able to get along with the locals pretty well given my Asian background

also yeah the Eastern districts aren't so bad as long as it wasn't that period when the leader was just a figure head being used by its advisors. (Which in the modern time, isn't happening anymore)

I imagine the wildlife in certain areas would be worst as well considering dragons exist in some districts but not others.
