Working under pressure is really important. If you're going to work in a group / team then it would be a good idea to be give positive feedback towards others so you're all growing in a good way and helping eachother. Possibly one of the most important ones is to be mentally strong, the world is a hard game you know

I'd say communicating, on own level (people of same age) as well as older people / children. Being able to understand them, even though they dont say everything, just by understanding body language and stuff, that is something that will always be useful, everywhere!
