What's wrong? ;-;

last night pickles was breathing really heavily so we took her to the vet, and the vet scanned her and there was fluid around her heart which leaked into her lungs, so she either has a tumour, infection or virus. When we left they drained the fluid and it was a success. we were told it was unlikely chance for her to survive, but this morning she was alive, and they are gonna keep an eye on her
