Yes! I made an ignorant decision of applying back in April although I was 13 and as you'd assume, I immediately got rejected. But I've learned from that and now I don't make vacuous moves like that xD.

I wish you the best of luck! Try to be a little more active on the fourms tho :) you only have like 50 messages which is technically enough (@wink only like 30 when he got helper) but the more active you are the more itll boost ur chances. Dont msg farm tho
