You may be wondering why there's more flags than country papers. That's because the pile of papers next to the country papers are territories of other countries, while in the flag assortment, the territory flags are mixed in.
I was told Wales was a domain of UK, just like Northern Ireland and Scotland. No one recognizes Wales as a country just like no one recognizes Scotland as a country. They're still part of United Kingdom.
Well, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland are all their own countries, as well as part of the United Kingdom. Its officially a country, so it should be recognised as one.
