We're running an internal migration of all old players' stats to our new highly advanced statistics tracking backend. This means that stat changes will be a bit delayed while we ingest this huge backlog of data. Nothing is being lost, it'll just take a bit longer to show up in the in-game UIs.

Well, apparently you've already appealed, but you've replied the appeal denial and it's awaiting the final verdict.
So at the moment you can only wait and be patient.
If your appeal get denied after all appeal transactions... If you want other "chance", you'll have to contact the person who banned you (AntiCheat -@Capitan this case) through a conversation. As @StralendePijl mentioned above ^^^^
