No :(, iron is better value. I would say the best rank if you want to vote on a lot is diamond but on the main games. Gold (only Lucky block not)

Uhm, to be honest the difference between iron and Lapiz isn't so much... I suggest you buy a Gold rank, you can vote on Eggwars and skywars time at least.

As someone previously said, wait for a special summer sale.
