Then people who are good should have /nick aswell. Give the command to everyone on the leaderboard. Give it to the 1st on minerware scoreboard. Targeting is part of the game

Same to be honest, I can understand that they might be members of the staff team, but who is going to target a translator? Certainly, people would rather target a mod or higher-value target. The nick command doesn't have any place in the translator's requirements because they don't do moderation.

Translator is a staff rank. Every staff rank has /nick. Being good at the game does not give you recognition as soon as you join a lobby.

Also a rank for it is completely unnecessary. If they just got free Obsidian sure, but giving them their own rank is so unnecessary.

A lot of players just like targetting staff lol. It doesn't matter if they are a translator or admin, they still get targetted. Same with YouTubers. Good players don't have a "cool" prefix to separate them from the rest. So the average player doesn't know who's good or who's bad, they just see the prefix and name color and they start targetting.

Then just giving them Obsidian rank should be reward enough for the translators. Having their own rank because they can speak two languages is just absurd

@Weeb why is it unnecessary? I think it's great! Rewarding hard-working translators with a fancy looking rank. This also gives people the opportunity to ask questions, the average player doesn't know who is a translator and who's not.
