I absolutely love the fact you're reporting so many hackers and rule-breakers in general, but in my opinion, you definitely need to interact with the community. The only thing you're known for is reporting cheaters, nothing else at all. Try talking to the community, on their comments on threads, suggest stuff, etc. You seem to be a nice person and very dedicate but I doubt you're currently ready to become a helper.

Oreo there is like no moderation in bedrock and i talk hours everyday in discord with random people

Don't take what I said as if I was trying to humiliate you or anything. I am just trying to give you tips to become a better applicant, so they see that you're both community-driven and a good reporter, I definitely appreciate your work for the bedrock Network and I am sure that if you become a staff member you'd do a good job.
