Tbh they were confusing at the beginning but not anymore. I can see how it couold misslead a new user though. Regardless staff still have their role tags on their profiles so it's not like it's impossible to detect who's who. And there's only a few colours so it's not hard to memorize what each means. So no I think they're fine. (IMO)

I think they add a bit of freedom to the forums, the forums always have been a bit strict and this is a small nice way to add some flexibility

I didn't exactly know how to express my opinion, if it sounds a bit strange xd

Lol, I actually think they’re funny. The only thing that might be confusing is to see the difference between Mod en Sr Mod.

I personally prefer to have just "Designer" for myself but I can see why some staff members would rather have a funny title. Either way, it's obvious we won't abuse this feature and that's why I don't think it should go

Although who really needs to know is someone is a mod or a sr mod?

Idk I personally believe it's quite confusing for new people. It works on Hypixel because moderators have 'erator' at the end of their custom tag.

Personally, I think Cube should follow that. With admins, they really should just have their exact role title as it isn't rlly specific with the tag 'Admin Team'.

I think they can be confusing for new players. A lot of people ask staff members (in game) what rank they have because they're not familiar with staff ranks. Not having it displayed on the forums will just be more confusing for many. I guess they can just open their profile to see what rank they have but idk

I understand why people want it, like San said it adds more freedom to the forums. But I personally think if it's gonna stay people need to keep their rank in the title, so it would look something like this: https://prnt.sc/r2qg65

I think that it's kinda messy right now, and some mods like ItsDavey are using it as a second status that is pinned until they changed it, which, for me that I already know how it works its fine but some others might think "hey i wonder how to have a pinned status" or somethjng like that

I personally don't think it's confusing, but that's because I know all the ranks and colors the staff team has. For newer players, I understand they have a harder time knowing who the staff is and who they should contact.
