@Ducky Jr Well, we all start somewhere! Just try and build up with those 5's! You will get there :) // @RickDeKlomp good question! It's does get easier after a week..The first one is really rough because you never did it before. But after week 1, you can do them faster and in a short amount of time. Just make sure to get rest and some water.
