If you're a Java player, I don't suggest using your phone to record as it would not serve as valid evidence. Use a screen recorder instead. We need to be able to clearly see all 4 angles of your screen.
@Elenahh Wait a second, phone recordings aren't valid evidence?? WTF? That's dumb. And anyways, I'm on mobile, and phone recordings obviously are valid, since I got a hacker banned already. Can you tell me why a clear recording made with your phone wouldn't be accepted? :/
If you are a Bedrock player and are using a screen recorder to record rule breakers while playing on your phone, that would be fine, yes. But, as far as I know, we simply do not accept reports from Java users who have recorded a cheater with their phone camera.
Are you SERIOUS? So if I don't have a screen recorder, you guys will literally watch a VIDEO of a hacker BLATANTLY hacking, then say "meh, it's a phone recording". And reject that, and let the hacker keep on hacking? REALLY??
What are you meaning when you say "all 4 angles of your screen"? The 4 corners? because if I record the whole screen and the keyboard and the mouse or whatever you say, that should be MORE than enough evidence for a ban.
I just looked at the guidelines; NOWHERE does it state that phone recordings is not valid evidence. It merely SUGGESTS a couple screen recorders that you can use. IT DOES NOT SAY THAT PHONE RECORDINGS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED!! https://imgur.com/a/bbWkS2U
I just asked about it, you may use phone recordings as long as we can see all 4 angles of your screen and the usernames of the players *clearly*. Sorry, my bad.
