I haven't been keeping up with server updates recently (mainly because I feel the server doesn't care about loyal players) so I may be wrong. However, unbanning a player who spent hundreds of hours on the server, had lapis rank and was a very respected member of the community would be good to see :) . #unbanthefty

yeah in that case let’s unban every player with 100+ hours and a rank. because that’s ethical!

i am not aware to my recollection - however getting an army of the community to hold burning pitchforks demanding for something that Thefty HIMSELF should be at the forefront for is a waste of both your time, and ours. thefty should talk to management IF HE wants to get unbanned, not his friends.

He did. He was told his situation was severe despite him doing the same thing as others did - others who got unbanned. You don't think you're being harsh here, but it's very clear he was harshly treated.

he can talk to the management team, and see if they can come to terms, as i’m sure someone like @Marieke2001 did. although there were people who argued for her and started a whole revolution here, she remains mature and showed that she meant no harm; and thus was unbanned. i’m not sure what is happening with thefty, but i’m 100% certain it doesn’t involve you.

He spoke to management in a polite and mature way, was told what he did was more severe and never got a response to why.

He has done. He was given a more severe punishment than others for breaking the same rule. It does concern us as stakeholders in the server, it is upsetting to see a player so unfairly treated. If you had true knowledge of the issue, you'd know he had a conversation with Camezonda and was very polite and understanding of the issue.

As a Sr. Mod, maybe it would be a good idea to refer the issue to management. The fact the decision is final very clearly shows he was unfairly treated. The staff put personal bias above ethical decisions.

Thefty’s case was more severe because he lied about how he got his information. He told people he guessed an update right, but in fact told me personally that he did got it leaked from a staff member (which wasn’t me btw). This shows that he is untrustworthy and lies about things.

@Marieke2001 interesting how you told me so much stuff about how you hate cubecraft and the people on it (the staff mostly), but suddenly youre up their bums again. Lol. Really interesting to see how people change

and just to let you know, I didnt iniciate any of this nor did i ask for it. I personally am okay with being banned, and even said that to Camezonda, even though he didnt manage to answer my question, which I think was very viable,
