That was Foxy. Make sure you check Pirate Cove every so often. You can't check him too much or too little or you will most likely be doomed. If you go to that camera and see the curtain empty, DON'T check the West Hallway camera, shut your left door, then check it. He won't be able to get in, he will just pound on your door then go back behind the curtain.

I figured that out on the 3rd night..
