If you think "I've been active for roughly 5 months" let's say and think you immediately need to get helper, well no, that's not the way it works. You don't need to force yourself to be active like you're doing, it has to be genuine. There's have been people who worked hard, but never got it. It's just not suited for everyone, especially those who think their activity is "enough" and they deserve the rank.
