Go message your friendos and be like "hai, I need to vent, is k?"Also, ask how other people are; they could be the ones who need to vent.

Btw I know a lot of people here are under 18, so feel free to check out Childline if you need somebody to listen to you. They are sworn to anonymity and will try to help you out with any problemos you might be going through. Avoiding social media sites, walking, eating well and sleeping 7-8 hours a day will also boost your mood tremendously :)
