You sure? My computer isn't that powerfull and I have to wait literally 10 minutes before I can finally use a program that I tried to open. My Minecraft's fps drops to 0 every few seconds (even on the lowest settings possible) and crashes regularly. Playing is just impossible...

As he mentoined before: "it doesn't want me to disable or DELETE it.". You probs need to close every application that is running Norton. If that doesn't work then u'll need to download a delete program that deletes Norton from your PC.

Or just buy a new computer ;)

Deleting a program is easy, most cases just 1 command in CMD/powershell, no need to get a seperate program to delete a different program

@CheatersDontWin I tried closing everything related to Norton already but that didn't work, trying to uninstall it from my system manually isn't going to work. I was just about to try the Norton uninstall-program but I need to download it first and I can barely even open Chrome or any other browser so this might take a while. I guess the easiest way to uninstall Norton is to boil my hard drive.

Try and boil it. Boiling is the way to go! Okay nah, I'm just joking. Yeah, you can try the Norton-uninstall-program..If that doesn't work then you can search on google for some solutions. I once used CCleaner to delete a program but I'm not sure if that will work.
