I feel that CubeCraft staff need it, that's why I want to be a helper to "help" the server. Then I am not 3 months online but I am suitable for it I think.

CubeCraft definitely needs staff, and it's a great gesture that you'd like to help this server, but you just don't meet the requirements. This only shows that you're too impatient to wait, which is a bad thing if you wanna become a member of staff.
