This isnt even a break. Why dont they just call it Season 4? There's literally no difference. My Hero Academia Season 4 starts in the same month and they both finished on the same day.

Well, they claimed s3 would be 24 episodes, so they just avoided the "but you said 24 episodes" backlash by calling it a break I guess. I'm still pretty annoyed that they did it, but hey, I don't know their situation.

Zombie Land Saga and Index 3 are on meanwhile.

I was shocked that index III was gonna happen, seeing as that one hasn't been done in a looong time. I was kind of disappointed with the first episode of Zombieland Saga though. I'm not a huge fan of the comedic aspect it has.

By season 4 you mean the arcs post retaking shiganshina arc, right? If so, yeah, it'd probably take a year at least before they could manage a nice season 4, maybe longer depending on the episode count.
As for the OP of season 3: I disliked it at fist, but I slowly tolerated it and it really did feel right for the political uprising arc, seeing as it wasn't as much about titans.

Linked horizon would be perfect for the second half of s3 though
