Probably because it's a little out-dated now, and the kid that posted there is probably going to get flamed now for giving everyone an alert. It was a good question though, seeing as almost every server i find now just shrugs a shoulder at the EULA.
It's not a good question because literally everyone has asked this question and it's not true. Mojang still exists, Microsoft just have control over workers, gross and paying for it. It's still the same.
I spent like 6k points a few nights ago on loads of stoof, but for some reason it was really glitchy, and showed me that i had my armour on, but when i spawned in.. ;_; i don't wanna talk about it! ;___;
Personally, I believe the EULA is there, but Mojang will not enforce it too heavily. I believe that if a server is selling OP stuff, Mojang will not do anything. However, if it becomes a big issue where they cant back down, then they now have the power due to the EULA
The EULA is just there so in case the problem arises, they can fix it with total power. But, they wont actively chase servers w gameplay changing perks unless they start getting angry emails
