Welp, you can't really do any training without going through at least 100 matches. If you started playing the game earlier it would've been better.

You can't have a game and be like "well if you didn't start playing months ago then you cant play". It has to be accessible to everybody at all times.

Says common sense. Might as well make the game only downloadable for the first couple of months.

I'm not saying that it's the only way to get better. There's quite a lot of ways, like dropping in a popular spot (Preferably to the west side of the map) and just practice the shotgun on a few people. Also, the time of day too impacts gameplay, maybe hop into a match at noon, lot more new players. You can even try squads with a few mates.

@StorySays you must just be bad, I know plenty of people who started playing a month back who already end games at 3+ kills so

Hey but I agree with your main thought, the game is based on the use of shotguns as it's the main meta... They need to buff the other weapons too. Epic made the rifles have damage drop off in an update which made them worse..

Your friends got lucky and didn't get one shot, long enough to actually improve. Simple as that.

it would knock you down in duos and squads and do a good amount of damage in solos but it wouldn't kill

A blue shotgun to the face does exactly 237 damage w/headshot. Solo = Instant death even with armor.

lol and the chances of that are incredibly slim. if story is telling the truth and got 1 shot 12 times then he's one of the worst gamers ever lol

Me not dodging a shot in game I've never played makes me the worst gamer ever. (:
