Did they even give a good reason for why it's there anyways

They denied doing it, they blamed it on a "database issue" that they're unwilling to fix. Then we moved on from the discouragement and created an alt, which at that time was completely allowed. Then they created a rule that prohibits alt accounts and banned our alts.

That's pretty lame to do imo, I saw the proof of the discouragement ban and it's just sad that they handle their "unwanted" users in that way. You both didn't break any rules probably, so I don't get why the discouragement is there in the first place. Also notice how he's ignoring your message. Can't be more lame

Yea, well you guys have a very solid explanation for it as well "probably something screwy with the database", it's been weeks now and you guys have yet to even look into it. The forums are slow as hell only when I'm logged in on this account, it's only happening to the two people who you guys created a new rule for so we can't use alts. And the waiting time between posting messages is like 450 seconds.

So what did you guys do to our accounts if it's not the discouragement thing that describes exactly the effects we're experiencing?
