Just because something looks easy, doesn't mean it is. Jigglypuff may look really easy to use in Melee, but does that mean she is? Heck no, she's easier than Fox but she's still very hard. Bow spamming only equates to pressing the win button if your target is predictable and has no clue how to close distance.

If somebody is depending on bow spamming to win then they've lost the second you get close to them, because hitting a strafing target at point-blank range becomes almost impossible, as does reopening a gap when you're dealing almost no knockback and dealing .25 hearts of damage a shot.
