I've actually been increasing activity slightly (in-game and reports), however, I can't say I do as much as the other amazing staff members around me. I guess one of the reasons I'm staff is due to how long I've been here. (I used to be active 24/7 from around 2012 through 2016) I understand your view and in my defense, Japan has a lot of pressure on education so it may be slightly different.
