He already did actually. The thing is your appeal has like a 99,999999999% chance of getting denied unless you have 100% proof that you weren't cheating... But what do you expect? Everyone to record 24/7?
I would contact the mod who banned them personally. If your friend appears to care about their account, they'll be more inclined to accept your appeal. Perhaps recount everything that happened leading up to the ban (or as much as they can remember) and insist that no rule-breaking took place.
Yeah, I remember making a mistake on my first week, with two other mods also agreeing that the player was hacking. Mistakes definitely happen, and are usually rectified quickly :)
@RemiO05 The ban wasn't because of Sentinel. I would've rather expected it from Sentinel and maybe from a new moderator but not from a more experienced staff member.
Thanks @Sophie for the tips, I will tell him to contact the staff member who banned him. I was thinking about contacting him/her myself too actually because after watching the video I didn't really know what was wrong with it. He just critted the person who was recording a few times and actually missed a few hits after that.
