Do /registerreports ingame to create a reports account.

I'll do it in steps. :)
Step 1: do /registerreports in-game and create your own account.
Step 2: create a new report.
Step 3: select an offence under ''Offence:''.
Step 4: copy and paste your (YouTube) evidence link under ''Evidence:''.
Step 5: fill in the username of the rulebreaker.
Step 6: fill in extra information such as the time in the video, but it's not required. If you've done this, then select ''Report''.
