this is not how an anticheat system works, this is how you lose members.
This happens all the time that players with no hacks get banned and the real hackers ( and there are whole lot) just keep playin.

I payed for a rank status and this is not how U deal with customers.

No, you donated money to our server. You didn't paid for the rank, we got you those privilages because we're thanful for your donation. Sentinel is most of the time right (some people lie and say they got false banned so it looks like a lot of people are false banned) and you just have to wait untill someone watches your appeal.

sure, first of all sentinel is home made and doesnt bann like it should. second of all my friend got kicked all the time for anti knock back before the game is even started properly. Thirdly how can you know if someone i liying? where is the evidence. IF thee was evidence you would know that the system is a joke and that I did not hack.

Logs. That's how we know someone if lying. Logs don't lie, they just pick up information.

then let someone check it within a few hours.

I dont accuse you of doin something then bann you for 7 days and wont even answer an apeal within 24 hours. In the mean time I can not logg in or do anything with my account.

You Have To wait to get a response on your appeal it will take about 1-3 days to get reviewed and there's no point to write this on @zRinne profile page she will just get annoyed!
