I don't know what do you need exactly if you are new in the whole Minecraft I recommend you to watch some videos tutorials on YouTube so you can learn
First of all, you need Minecraft for your computer, if you don't have that, then you're not able to play games. Somewhere in the summer, CubeCraft will release an awesome update, where you are also able to join with Minecraft PE. If you don't want to but it for your computer, then I suggest you wait until they release it.
