It is no longer possible, when you are permanently muted, you can not give an appeal.

That's not true @LuisZapataR , you can still have a chance at getting unmuted if you contact a staff member and say that you are 'really sorry for what you have done.'
But ImmSorry to break it to you, (heh ;3) but you may not get an unmute, due to there being 4 consecutive mutes on your appeal page, your going to have to try really hard to get an unmute from the staff member.

@Perdei , if he has been rejected by his permanent muted, he can no longer make a second appeal.

@LuisZapataR Not all the time, it's the staff members' choice whether he is allowed to make a second and final appeal.
This all happened to another friend of mine, he was permanently muted for a while, he got tired and frustrated, so he pleaded the staff member to give him a second chance to appeal. He wrote up one, and got accepted! :p
