You need evidence of the person that swore.
If you don't have it they can't warn/mute them.
They aren't lazy, no you just don't have any evidence.

Again, he DON'T know if that person swore.
And he can't see it anymore if you don't have a screenshot of it.

@Unfearful Indeed. Would be pretty stupid to swear in your own report. But is that how you do things? Believe everything from a single screenshot?

He couldn't scroll up, because there wasn't any proof of the other person swearing in the screenshot. All the staff members can see is the screenshot, not anything above that screenshot. There wasn't any evidence in the screenshot of him swearing, so he didn't get muted

Your probably the lazy one because your the one without evidence of the person that was swearing.

If he should,be been muted, you could have screenshot fed him swearing, or staff can't tell whether they had swore or not

You could report the other player as well. But as he reported you, we have to give out the punishment. Doesn't really matter what the other player said in this case right now.

@Soeshi You call me lazy? Hm... Interesting. Wanna know why I didn't screenshot him? That's because I trrusted him. He told me it was okay, and there was peace. So I didn't see any reason to do that.

I think i'm starting to the see the point here, tbh i don't think you were unfairly muted, sorry that's just my opinion.
