If you go to one of the 3 comments you have posted on my wall, I have stated for you to indicate your username so I can look into it.
I can only assume that you may have broken the rules if you do not provide me with your username as Sentinel catches those who uses an illegal client.

Regarding your lawsuit statement, by all means, you are welcomed to file it against Cubecraft however, it would be a waste of money hiring a lawyer as stated in our Terms and Condition which you have agreed when purchasing the rank.

Payments to the CubeCraft Games is a payment for virtual items. This transaction is final and there are no refunds. If you are banned for breaking the rules of CubeCraft Games you will not be refunded this money. Bans are subject to the full discretion of the CubeCraft Games Staff Team and rules can be changed at any time.

It is a punishment, no one gives people rewards/gifts for breaking the rules.
