My sister was banned to for no reason at al. Sentinel is the no cheat programm they use but there are a few bugs in it i think but the only thing here the do is say that you have to be patient . A really bad custumer service not enough people to look at all the appeals but still they give a chance to appeal but you have to wait a few days 5 days ore so
