He was demoted due to his "server" that he owned. Apparently this was an excuse by the staff, and there's much more to it than that. We don't know all of the details outside of the server. Not eve HDW himself really knows.

Well I can't be 100% sure but I have a pretty big suspicion that it wasn't the same reason most staff resign
