i think its labymod, while its allowed for video evidence you cant use it for chat because theres no way to tell if a players renamed or not in chat, try undoing your cropping and try again

There's no reason to crop the screenshot.....

Do not crop its, Simple.
They need to make sure the screenshots are not fake.
They also need to know if you're hacking or using a mod that is not allowed (Even though when i got muted the screenshot was cropped), Stuff happens but the rules are simple.
Just do not crop.

Forgot to say that you might have said something that will get you muted too so that's another reason not to crop the chat.

If he knew what he did wrong, then I obviously didn't edit it or anything

@LoadzAF having a hacking client does not change chat all even if a player has a hacked client a chat report can still be accepted

@Dark Spyro I know but the player will be punished too but either way they require full screenshots for a couple reasons
@Lolrocket You still need a full screenshot to prove its not fake and that the player was 100% guilty

I dont see how a cropped photo can be faked unless its obvious the chat was edited

No, no cropped photos was set because no reports when using labymod used to be a thing

Cropped screenshots are allowed, though if we find out that you're trying to frame someone, you will suffer their punishment.

I'm having problems with the report system, so someone did a report for me with the evidence, but they were told it got denied because it was cropped
