The update is nice and now there aren't none on Basic items hardcore Health. You need to right click the corpse to get 2 hearts regen en full hunger bar.

None regen kit works in Hardcore. Cannibal is useless on Hardcore health.

Meh it's still pretty easy. I get almost every game 10 kills. :P

But keeping your health up is now the harder part. It forces you to use more ranged or DoT weapons instead of melee only.
