What hacks he using? If anything I can possibly see him using a macro, but it's not really good footage to see. Other than that I don't think there's any hacks being used.

He was bhopping in my game

Possibly, he does jump funny at the start, but given the amount of players that have bad ping on the server it could be put down to that. The footage doesn't show clear evidence of bunny hopping so I doubt it's worth reporting. No harm in trying though.

That to me looks like b-hop. Since the evidence portion was short, it could've been ping lag. With all that said, I wouldn't take my chances to ban the player.

That is definitely b-hop. Ping lag would have caused him to teleport, and he was moving too smoothly for that. He was also moving much faster than normal. I would think you would be able to ban for that.
