Well, it's up to the hackers choice. It's always good to admit to hacking though. Even if you do admit to hacking, we would still need proof. (andd no. A screenshot of the hacked client will not be a ban.) :p

If you admit something, it means it is correct so admitting would mean you actually hack. Telling you hack should be fine as evidence is needed; staff or player.

Now, what if I'm not actually hacking but I do admit to hacking? What if I go further and photoshop a hacked client logo into the screenshot?

Like I said, screenshots and admitting to hacks would not be really counted as 'hacking'. We must actually SEE the player hack in order for the player to be banned. Just seeing the hack GUI in a screenshot will not really be evidence of someone hacking.
