@Marieke2001 now here's the funny thing, there age requirement was removed from the helper application thread when Mac updated it, but the forms used to apply are provided by Google and need a Google+ account. Due to COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Rule)I can't have a Google+ account as collecting information online from under thirteen children is illegal :>
