He's actually not. To get the rank he has to buy that himself. To get a buyer, he'll have to sell both the account and rank (combo) for cheaper than buying an account from minecraft.net and rank from the stores. No one would buy if the prices were the same as the stores.

He's got to get the money somewhere even if it were true. Most likely from his parents but if they smart to figure it out, they'll know they're wasting money by buying so many ranks. I'd say Ryann is spoiled considering the chat and how much money he wasted on ranks and accounts.

He most likely learned the slightest bit of programming and set up one of those OptiFine cape scams or something along those lines, he won't buy ranks on accounts he wants to sell if he's not a complete retard.
