This story is a sad one; you've been warned. Back when Cubecraft was a small, unheard of server, there was an admin named Gabe_Dude1. He would come on every day to check up on things, mostly to see that the games were working properly and such...

A few of the older staff will remember him as the 4-month reigning champ in Survival Games. He eventually stopped coming online, telling others he was afraid of a player on there. He never gave a username and would simply call the player "the dark one."

Rubik and Halo looked for any players with a username similar to that, but none showed up. Gabe_Dude1 eventually stopped coming online. The last thing he said was that he's "putting an end to this." For a few days after that, Cubecraft's survival games servers stopped working for a few days after that. They completely wiped the server's memory to fix it. So now it would seem "the dark one" has mysteriously returned.
