WHen it was like 1.7.0 or whatever this account used to be my brothers. he gave it to mee arounfd then after he stopped gamning. i think he used something called jigsaw oieces or something like that??? and i dont know how to change the name??? please help me.

Jigsaw didn't exist back then in 1.7. Get exposed mate. The account wasn't your brother's, probably.

You see, if you own that account it's your brother's responsibility. I'd suggest, either buy an account for yourself and leave your brother's account to him, wait for the appeal review, or Private Message the moderator that banned you.

i dont want to waste money and also i already have. is moooofin on the server? can u get him if he is because i really dont want do get rid of account because it costs alot
