He's a moderator because he's from the chunc(like I already said), he was probably already moderator on the chunck. And he's not here for sure, he's just inactive and never online at cube too.

I know, it's unfair towards us. Mods/people from the chunck have an advantage in getting staff. In my opinion, they should start over again at cube, just like us.
