1.) It takes over a month to see you apply
2.) You will get no answer if your apply is denied. You will only get a message if you are accepted.

It's not just about how many posts you have, of course they want you to have a decent amount of posts 50-100, but if you're extremely mature and your posts are very good/mature and well written you'll have a higher chance to becoming a helper I think.

It's the quality of the messages that counts, not the quantity.
