I don't believe that there are any kits that are for any specific ranks. The kits are bought by points that are earned in games.

You're welcome. As for the kits thing, I believe it's against the EULA to essentially have "rank only" kits.

I don't mean rank only kits, I feel like if I were to spend almost 60 USD, one or two kit unlocks would be a nice bonus. I don't know fully how the EULA reads, but I don't believe there would be an infraction adding in a kit unlock bonus. No different than the other bonuses offered with a rank increase.
