Well, the fact that you spam forums so much points towards whoever muted you did it because of spam.

Could it possibly be bc it was not spam. Like advertising, swearing, or being annoying?

Listen bud, the player checker may not say what you were banned for, but as I recall, you had reasons you were muted in your appeals. This probably means a that it wasn't just an accident you got muted. Also, like Aimee said, you need to realize that because of all the spam you have created on here, there is little if any chance of redeeming yourself.

The player checker was added way before both reasons and the player checker.

I recall reading on one of his many appeals that it was due to bad language... not that it matters though, because he isn't getting unmuted. i mean, he was banned from the forums twice and is considering making a 9th appeal!
