If you can access your computer go into the uninstall programs window and uninstall anything suspicious. Run an antivirus - MalwareBytes is my favorite. If you can't access your computer, you should take it to a repair place or install a fresh copy of windows or linux.

I can access the PC, and I have turned my internet off so it can't be accessed unless its physically. I have run my antivirus multiple times, windows defender and mwb. But the thing that concerns me is that I found a registry file that keeps reappearing even if I delete it. And the part about it is that it tracks my keystrokes ;-;
