Helpers are staff members who are not experienced, usually new, and are striving to become Moderators. After they judge you are ready to become a Mod, you will be promoted. Then, you get Sr. Mod if you're a Mod for a long time. Developers are coding new games for the server, so as fixing bugs in their code.
