These were all in the game prior to the gamemodes update... There was solo, teams with 2,3 4,5,6 even 8. but then they decided to just close them down even though team lucky islands were one of the most popular gamemodes in the entire server.

I agree completely. Me and my friend really spent a lot of time getting the best possible armor and were almost ready to fight the final boss. The next day they just shut it down for "low playercount" if I remember correctly. A shame really that such a unique gamemode in cubecraft had to leave :/
