To avoid accidentally inviting your friend when you want to message them (or vice versa) you could have a confirm message in chat (much like when you accept or decline a party invite) where you either confirm that you wanted to invite that person or not.

Another cool win effect could be a llama chain. Say when you win a team game you and your teammates board a train of llamas and parade around.

Perhaps a mini UHC could work for cubecraft in the rotation of games (line dash, survival games, e.t.c)
